JobRiskAI

Why this site exists

"Will AI take my job?" is one of the most-asked questions of this decade, and most of what answers it online is either panic content or a black-box score with no receipts.

JobRiskAI takes the opposite approach. The best available public research measures, task by task, what AI is actually used for and how well it performs. We turn that research into something a person can act on: look up your occupation, see exactly which of your work activities overlap with AI and which don't, adjust for how you personally work, and leave with a concrete plan instead of a mood.

Principles

  • Traceable numbers. Every score links back to a published, openly licensed dataset. The methodology page documents each step in between.
  • No fake precision. Bands, percentiles and ranges, never "you have an 87.3% chance of being replaced." Nobody honestly has that number.
  • Exposure, honestly framed. Overlap with AI can mean augmentation as easily as displacement. We say so, everywhere, and the action plans treat AI as a tool to seize, not only a threat to survive.
  • Free and private. No login, no cookies, no tracking, no data collection. What you type stays in your browser.

Editorial standards

  • Sources first. Scores are used exactly as published by their authors: never re-weighted, blended, or "improved" behind the scenes. Anything we add on top (band names, personalization weights, action-plan copy) is labeled as editorial where it appears.
  • Corrections are public. Material fixes are recorded in the methodology version history, not silently patched.
  • Limitations stay visible. Every occupation page links the caveats. If the honest answer is "the data can't say," the page says that.
  • No pay-to-rank, ever. If monetization is added (clearly-labeled affiliate resources or ads), it will never influence a score, a ranking, or a recommendation.

Who runs it

JobRiskAI is an independent project built and maintained by a small European studio of one, as part of a portfolio of free, privacy-respecting web tools. It is not affiliated with Microsoft, the U.S. Department of Labor, or any employer or recruiter.
