Build your exposure profile from what you actually do

Job titles lie; a "consultant" can spend the day writing decks or running workshops, and those face completely different AI exposure. Tell us how your working time is split across ten task families. Each family carries a measured AI performance value from the same activity data behind the whole site, and the arithmetic is shown in full.

For each family: how much of your typical working week does it take?

Where the family values come from: each family is the mean measured AI performance (completion × scope × coverage, user-goal view) across its constituent work activities in the Microsoft Research dataset; including activities where AI has never been observed, which count as zero. That's why "managing people" scores near zero (0.02) while "writing & documents" scores 0.40: AI is genuinely absent from most supervisory work today.
